This sample page shows one of the operations using fractions and how to instruct the learner to use the Progressive Ruling rulers to solve a problem. Each problem should be worked hands-on first and then worked on paper in the traditional method so the learner can relate the visual and kenesthetic solution to the paper-and-pencil operations.
